When Wathen Castanos built the European homes in Clovis CA they were placed in great locations. The European Quarters gated community has proved to be possibly one of their best locations. Willow is a street that can get you to Clovis Community College within 5 minutes with the help of a few cooperative street signals. If you want to be on the 168 Freeway within 10 minutes, no problem. Shopping at Riverpark is just 15 minutes away but many convenience are less than five minutes away at the intersections of Nees and Willow. Three corners of this intersection currently offer commercial/retail choices that few people are able to live within walking distance of let alone be five minutes away by car. The list of practical convenience is lengthy and this will not even get them all:
Wassabi on Fire (Teppanyaki/Japanese food)
Guiseppe Gallo’s (Italian food)
Starbucks (with a drive thru)
Golden One Credit Union

I’m forgetting many more of the smaller retailers but you get my drift. To be 0.5-0.75 miles from all of these locations is very rare unless a property is surrounded by commercial development. Well the European Quarters in Clovis is not surrounded by commercial development but residential development. However, this intersection that is nearby offers many options that can keep your errand running time to an absolute minimum. Who wants to spend all of their free time running around town during rush hour to go grocery shopping, drop off dry cleaning, fill up with gas, making a bank deposit and grab dinner, etc? The last thing you want to do after a busy day at work is spend a bunch of time all over town running errands.

Now that you understand that the location and product are excellent with the European Quarters, take a look at 762 W. Tivoli Ln Clovis CA. 93619, which just hit the market on Tuesday. This is the largest plan in the community with 1,971 sq. ft. of living space and it features 3 bedrooms plus a loft with 2.5 baths. The half bath is located downstairs which is convenient for entertaining and simply practical. All of the bedrooms are upstairs including the laundry room.
