With some 30,000 residences planned on approximately 3,300 acres, Loma Vista will be a master planned community like we have never seen before in Clovis CA. To get somewhat of a feel for what this area may be like you could look at Harlan Ranch. However, Loma Vista will be much more diverse with mixed in high density residential and commercial/retail spaces. The area of Loma Vista will span from Bullard at the north to the Gould Canal or Dakota to the south. The western boundary will be the current city limits or Local. To the east it will be bound by McCall. This area will feature many parks and walking/bike paths which will connect much of the community. The idea is to get more people active and not so dependent on the use of their car go get them around. This is definitely an area to keep your eyes on in the coming years. The new construction scene is currently very active within Loma Vista. It will soon be the newest and most advanced part of Clovis in terms of residential housing.
