If you are searching for a Wathen Buchanan Estates home for sale north of Herndon in Clovis CA. 93619 you will not find many for sale. The Wathen homes have been known for their energy efficiency and they are recognized as a successful local home builder in the central valley with a history that goes back several decades.
So what are these homes selling for? I am glad that you finally asked. The three homes that have sold in the past six months have sold for between $459,000 - $530,000 with a price per square foot range from $134 - $174. Keep in mind that the low sale according to price per square foot was the 3,600+ sq ft. model. Often times really large homes sell for a lower price per square foot. The two homes that are currently pending in escrow are priced between $180-$190 per sq. ft. The three homes that are currently actively for sale are listed between $175 -$198 per sq. ft.
