If you are looking for an energy efficient home built by a local builder with a long track record of successful communities over several decades long, then you need to consider these Wilson homes.  Built at the edge of the Clovis city limits just east of DeWolf on Barstow, this new community will hold its value for years to come.  These homes are all two-story homes on small lots.  There is a community pool being built that still needs to be plastered.  The HOA fee of $69 covers use of the pool and front yard landscaping.

Four different floor plans are offered here ranging from 1,212 sq. ft. to 1,660 sq. ft.  All of them come with 2.5 baths and 3 or 4 bedrooms.  On north west corner of Barstow and DeWolf is Pasa Tiemp Park, a four acre park that cost $1 million to build.  I recently spent three hours there with my kids and it has great play structures that caused them to kick and scream when I said it was time to go home.  On the north side of Barstow is a grove of orange trees.  It is probably only a matter of time before those are pulled and new homes replace them.

Clovis Homes for Sale

One thing I liked about these homes was that the kitchens flow into the family/living area.  There isn’t much downstairs other than the kitchen, living area and a half bathroom.  The one negative thing I saw about the floor plan was that the half bathroom is situated very close to the kitchen.  It seems like it would have been best if the bathroom was right near the front entrance rather than close to where food is prepared, etc.  Overall, I like product of these Wilson homes.  If you would consider a two-story home and don’t need much of a backyard, these homes should be high on your list to see.  But before you do, contact me first.  I will accompany you on your model home tours at any location and offer you my expert advice.  Here are the most expensive homes in and around the Wilson Homes Elev8ions community.  Click HERE for the most recent listings in and around these Wilson Homes.
