In fact, checking MLS I cannot see even one home in this neighborhood East of the Buchanan Educational Complex that is currently for sale. The only activity that I see within the past six months is five homes that have already sold. Looking further at these details I was amazed to see that these five homes sold in an average of four days on the market. This is at a time where 90 days on the market is considered normal. 
Not only is this neighborhood situated across the street from the Buchanan Educational Complex, it is also within a couple miles of the 168 Freeway which is a quick 15 minute drive from Downtown Fresno. You could live in this neighborhood and be within most of Fresno within a 20 minute drive via the 168 Freeway or Herndon Ave. With the Fresno home market in 2015 being hot, Clovis will only benefit.
