You can't get enough of Woodward Lake and that is reaffirmed by the amount of looks my blog gets about this neighborhood.  It is unlike any other neighborhood in the Fresno, CA. market.  It offers older, established homes and unique design in a safe and highly desirable part of town.  There is something for everybody out here from the first time buyer to the well off buyer looking for a castle on the waterfront.
Every blog I post I try to get fresh pictures rather than just recycling old ones I have saved on my computer.  I do this because I enjoy taking pictures and learning how to take better photos.  But also this allows buyers to get a feel for neighborhoods during various seasons of the year so they can see what it looks like year round.

Over the past six months the MLS says there have been 22 sales.  Sales ranged from $125 per sq. ft. to $254 per sq. ft.  Sales prices ranged from $215,000-$680,000.  Taken as an average, the price per sq. ft. of these sold homes was $169.  Those who sold their homes got an average sales price of 97.5% of the listed price.  Out of the 10 homes that are actively for sale today at Woodward Lake, those homes average $188 per sq. ft. and the list price ranges from $239,900-$818,000.  There is one home listed in Backup status and eight homes that are Pending in escrow at an average of $157 per sq. ft.
