If you are someone who likes quality products or gravitates towards the nicer things in life, you will find yourself desiring a Gary McDonald home at Morgan Run. This community is a tight knit gated community with just 71 residential lots. Mostly the community is built out around the perimeter with a few vacant lots along the way but the majority of the middle of the development is vacant and ready to build. This community was just getting started when the market fell out from underneath Mr. McDonald, leaving many empty lots since buyer confidence disappeared overnight and those with champagne taste who were contemplated buying there soon realized that they were now on a beer budget. The model homes are still available to go through but make sure that you have a license Realtor go with you to view them (or any other new housing community). If you do not and you end up buying a new home, you may be stuck with dual representation. In other words, you will not have a Realtor fighting for your best interests.
