Unlike this listing, I AM interested in homes listed for less than $100k that DO NEED rehab. I am looking for good size portfolio of homes that fall within these parameters: 1). $50k to $110k price point - all distress sales - can't do short sales, because want to open and close with cash fast 2). There is significant value add potential w/ rehab in these houses that you can show me with comps 3). 9 or 10 homes or more (depending on prices) that we can bundle as portfolio and open and close at same time 4) worst houses in good neighborhoods In addition to above, I need other commercial properties, ie LARGE distressed apartment complexes to rehab - no 100 percent occupancy properties - partial occupancy okay; office towers. - another good property would be apt complex built out as condos, but because of economy they have had to rent rather than sell. These would be more desirable if less than 8 years old. If you are residential expert, then bring in commercial realtor to team, so that we can get a lot of properties to look at soon. Also interested in San Jaquin Valley for all same type properties if you have people to team with there. I am available until 1 today, then after 4 today, and after noon tomorrow.
